disable glob expansion in summary composition

use mailrc instead of cluttering the script; reformat summary

add mising exclamation point for mbsync clause

use mbsync and fix some bugs

move offlineimap spawning to inside the loop in case it crashes, include some explanatory comments

remove hardcoded reply-to where it should be $addr, and add option for using local smtp
